    • 12 semi-detached low-energy/affordable houses

  • Nottingham Community Housing -  proposals to provide affordable, sustainable and energy efficient homes for people in housing need.
  • Millennium Green A pioneering, environmentally friendly millennium development (24 properties) – each aspect of design and construction has incorporated environmental good practice and sustainable development objectives.
  • Victorian retro-fit Nick Martin (HHP) was involved with a locally well publicized green retro-fit of a Victorian property in Nottingham. This included added insulation, solar panels and fitting of a composting toilet.
  • Earth Sheltered Schemes - We are involved in several schemes including a local two-home development, a single unit in the West Country and one in Japan
